Thoughts that define a nation

had a thought today. While being on holiday my body probably isn't in its peak physical condition and I have said to myself that I will get back into shape upon my return, on the other hand I have tanned a bit which is a bonus and it made me think, people often comment on how tanned you are but very rarely on you muscle tone. It takes a lot more effort to get into shape than it does to tan up. Why is it that the thing that takes the least amount of effort gets the most attention? its actually a little annoying, If i do actually get back into shape when I get home (which will require a lot of effort) no one will say anything. Just a thought for you all. have a lovely day.

Berlin

hey dudes, my eurotrip is still very much going with the next stop over being Berlin in Germany. For the first three days my friend who is travelling with me fell ill so we didn't do much naturally, when Peter came around we did a free walking tour of the city, Its a big place and we couldn't go everywhere but we had a little bit of time in Berlin so we got to see everything we wanted. I didn't realise how fashionable Berliners are. I would say that Peter and I would be the least fashionable in the whole of Berlin, now I'm not the up with all the fashion at the best of times but we really stuck out in Berlin but no matter we had fun anyway. I wasn't that much a fan of Germany. I didn't see that much of it but from what I did see I thought the language was the hardest to understand that I have come across and it was quite dirty, but in saying that it was a good experience and it may need a bit more exploring to see the true Germany.
